The Project Coordinator and Administrator

The Project Coordinator (O Guye Vitec) has the job to ensure that the above functions are performed adequately and to ensure communication and coordination between work package leaders on the technical side. He works in close relationship with the administrator (UTC support).

As an interface, the administrator is in charge of transmitting all documents requested by the CELTIC Office in due time.

The coordinator is supported by an administrator for the administrative, financial and legal frame in the daily management activities. The administrator assists the coordinator in the execution and implementation of the Steering Committee decisions.

The coordinator assisted by the administrator will supervise progress towards the deliverables overall completion.

The administrator plays an important part in the efficiency of information flow within the project, as it will the person transmitting questions or request from the CELTIC Office to the parties and vice-versa.

The administrator is fully involved in the project through UTC European A&F support Team for the financial, administrative and legal management. On all financial, legal and administrative issues, the A&F.ST supports the partners in providing any documents or declaration required by the CELTIC Office. In accordance with the administrator, it provides a standard approach to the project’s documentation: model timesheets, model internal reports, and slides.

The role of the administrator consists in:

  • Management of the CPA and any contractual documents
  • Provide standard documents (quality approach for documentation)
  • Financial management and reporting- Organisation of the project management committee
  • Provide advices and facilities for the Management of the legal and IPR aspects
  • Management of the project management tools

As an expert the structure has to explore the possibilities and advise the Steering Committee to adapt and built a sustainable solutions regarding the implementation of the project
